Game Rules

German Lotto Bets are placed on the result of the relevant draw of the German “Lotto 6aus49” lottery, which is a lottery operated by Deutscher Lotto-und Totoblock (www.lotto.de) (“DLTB”).

Lotto 6aus49 involves a random draw of six Numbers selected from 1 to 49 and one supplementary Super Number or 'Superzhal' selected from 0 to 9. In the Number Picker, the player of a Bet picks six numbers from the main number picker and is assigned a 7 digit Ticket Number 'Spielscheinnummer' randomly, the first digit of which is the Super Number. Players can change the Super Number to a number of their choice in the number picker and can refresh the Ticket Number (but cannot pick the entire Ticket Number);

The Ticket Number is relevant to additional bets Super 7, Lucky 6 and Wheel of Fortune when available.

Draws are usually held every Wednesday at 18:25 and Saturday at 19:25 Berlin time.

The cost will be displayed within the Number Picker page as you make your picks and the resulting ticket.

The deadline for participating in a draw is determined for each draw and will be posted on the Website.

Only one Prize Category can be won per Bet, which will be the highest of the available Prize Categories achieved by that Bet.

The Winnings to be paid out in respect of each Winning Bet in Prize Category 9 shall be fixed at €5.00.

The Winnings payable in respect of each Winning Bet in Prize Categories 3 to 8 shall be the amount of the Pay Out announced by DLTB in respect of a Lotto winning ticket in the respective Prize Category.

The Winnings payable in respect of each Winning Bet in Prize Category 1 and 2 will depend on (a) the number of DLTB winning tickets in the relevant Prize Category plus the number of Network Winning Bets in the relevant Prize Category (“WINNERS”), and (b) the aggregate Pay Out by DLTB in the relevant Prize Category (“FUND”). The Winnings will then be calculated as FUND divided by WINNERS thus:

          WINNERS

Network refers to each of the different gaming websites worldwide offering this game powered by the Lot.to brand.

If DLTB has not announced a Pay Out for Category 1 for the relevant draw, the Pay Out payable in respect of each Winning Bet in Category 1 will be calculated on the basis of the official advertised Jackpot amount for that Lotto Draw or the official reported Category 1 prize pool (if any) – the latter taking precedence.

Pay Outs in any particular Prize Category other than the jackpot are calculated on the basis of the amount of aggregate stakes published by DTBL as well as the distribution to that Prize Category or on the basis of the value published by DTBL for that Prize Category of the relevant draw of the underlying lottery.

If there has been no DLTB winning ticket in Prize Category 1 for thirteen consecutive draws of the 6aus49 leading to a mandatory pay out of the Prizes in Prize Category 1 to DLTB winning tickets in lower Prize Categories, the rules applied to the addition of Network Bets to the pool of prize winners and recalculation of the available pool to determine the Winnings shall apply to those (lower) Prize Categories amongst which the Prize Category 1 & 2 Prizes are applied.

When DLTB announces a winner in Category 1, but no winners in Category 2, the prize allocation from Category 2 will not be rolled-up and added to the first prize tier/jackpot.

In the event of conflict between language translations English shall take precedence.
